Youth Fest to benefit BRIDGES rocks Saturday

The fifth annual Youth Fest, hosted by BRIDGES, will be from 1 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the BRIDGES Center, 477 N. Fifth in Uptown.

The block party will include a talent show, entertainment and fashion show. The Rev. Donald E. Mowry Youth Service and Leadership Scholarship Award (for $1,000) also will be presented.

Greg & Steve perform for children

Greg & Steve will be in Memphis April 15 in a concert at the Children's Museum of Memphis.

The concert is sponsored by the museum and the Memphis Association for the Education of Young Children as part of "Week of the Young Child." Greg & Steve, a popular children's duo, will perform from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the museum's Assembly Hall. Concert admission is $5; museum admission is not included. Call 754-3607 or 396-1072 for reservations.
