-Earn up to 6 hours of college and high school credit through a partnership with Christian Brothers University and the Tennessee Dual Enrollment Program (approximate value of 6 hours of college credit at CBU= $2,550)

-Take part in two summer residential leadership conferences, totaling 75 hours of training (includes lodging, food & programming)

-Receive 30+ hours of year-round training in leadership, diversity appreciation and community action

-Log approved Community Service Hours

-Meet other diverse young leaders like you

-Earn a stellar letter of recommendation from BRIDGES, one of the most respected youth organizations in our city

Your benefits of this 2-year program if you were to pay for them would total more than $4,000.

We are committed to keeping costs as low as possible. With this commitment your cost to participate is based on an annual  sliding scale fee to offset program costs:
